The Government
Since the change of power in Ivory Coast ending the political crisis, new prospects and perspectives are opening up for a country that couple of months ago was heading straight for the abyss. Now more than ever, we are assisting at a real ballet of investors knocking at the doors of the country. But when the dust settles, what’s real and what’s not?  By the look of things, it appears to me that the main focus of the government at this time is: taking care of the high level on unemployment, get the infrastructures renovated, restructure the educational system, which has heavily deteriorated over the past decade and also invest into the mechanization of agriculture.

Ismael Coulibaly goes on saying :”Read one of my earliest post called Land And Farming: The New Scramble For Africa and you will be able to read between the lines. This is no DA VINCI CODE, so let’s cut to the chase; West Africa is currently turning into a hot zone for Investments.”

MTN Mobile money 5 million + users will because of the Visa technology be enabled to send funds to each other, send and receive international remittances, make purchases at merchants or online where Visa is accepted or withdraw funds at a Visa ATM.
