With an already crowded market, The government of Ghana through the voice of the National Communication Authority makes the move of not granting any longer cellphone licenses for the foreseable future. This decision should preserve the integrity of the market, and encourages all operators not already doing so, to begin thinking of the best startegy to retain the biggest share of the market.
Fact:67 per cent of the 22 million Ghanaians owned and used mobile phone numbers.
