I’m not in business. I’m in Communication and African Studies. I think this magazine looks great, and I would most definitely read it. But it’s French, which means a wider audience with wider interests. Sure, I would rather not bite the hand that feeds me, but African artists would be showcased alongside Jamaican centerfolds. This is a Black magazine, and I’m not sure the Hip Hop look of the cover is going to attract new attention, but maybe the overseas readers of Source and Vibe.
